5k Wrap Up
May 19th
Saturday was such an amazing day! We have so much to be thankful for! We have amazing community support, amazing sponsors, stupendous and dedicated coaches, terrific volunteers, and of course the most amazing girls in the world! Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone involved in making our 5k the most memorable one for our girls! Looking forward to the fall season!
5k Reminders for Parents of our Girls
May 17th
Dear Parents,
It almost here! We have beautiful weather on tap for Saturday’s race and we are excited!! Just a few reminders leading into the weekend;
*Tomorrow is spirit day!!!! Show your GOTR pride and wear your shirts!
*Packet Pick up (race shirts, bibs, racebags) is tomorrow at the Lake Mohawk Country Club lower level from 11-1 and 6-8. Pick up will also be available on race day at the staging area from 6:45-7:45.
* Girls need to be at the staging are at 7am
* If you ordered GOTR gear, you will be receiving it shortly. Headbands have been shipped seperately.

Community Service Projects

Our girls have been super busy and super amazing this season organizing their community service projects! Here is a list of what they have accomplished:
Donations for Ginny’s House- a children’s advocacy center
Helen Morgan- Beautification Rock Garden
Knoll Heights Senior Center- An afternoon of entertainment
Reverend Brown- beautification garden
CANstruction- Feed the hungry. Lift the spirit. Change the world
Red Cross blood drive in honor of Boston

GOTR 1st week!

Spring season of Girls on the Run begins THIS WEEK!!!!!!! We would like to take this opportunity to welcome all of our returning girls as well as the girls new to the program! We have lots of exciting things planned and are striving to make this the best season EVER!
All Ramsey teams will begin on Monday and Tuesday; all Sparta teams will begin on Thursday. Coaches will be emailing with their details soon.
